Covert Affairs television series returns this summer 2011 for its second season premiering on Tuesday, June 7 at 10PM. The new season Covert Affairs spy-drama TV Series was renewed on August 19, 2011 and filming began in March 21, 2011. Are you excited fans?
Covert Affairs Season 2 is schedule for 10 episodes which will features live action scene in Toronto and Washington D.C. Its stars Piper Perabo and Eion Bailey reprises their roles as Annie Walker and Ben Mercer respectively on the TV series. Sendhil Ramamurthy was added to the cast as a CIA officer, replacing Lively’s character, along with Emmanuelle Vaugier in a recurring role as a journalist.
The storyline of Covert Affairs Season 2 follows the left-over of the first season as Ben and Annie where in Sri Lanka for a mission. They will be returning to the USA and Ben will be gone missing after being hospitalized and Annie will be assigned with new mission.
